Although Mayor Ron Nirenberg issued the Stay Home Work Safe order that went into effect on Tuesday, March 24, (and similar ordinances were activated in New Braunfels, as well as Travis and Hays Counties) pool cleaning and service is an listed as an essential business that helps keep your home (and home office space) safe, sanitary and functional while we all navigate these challenges. As such, we WILL continue to serve our community until further instructed by the city or county. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has stated that proper maintenance and cleaning of pools and spas will keep them sanitary for use and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
That being said, we are taking every necessary precaution to help ensure your health and safety, including the following efforts:
- Closed office – all employees are working remotely
- Additional thorough cleaning and sterilization of tools and components
- Additional gloves and masks (when applicable) on all of our contractors
- Zero-Interaction transactions if requested (call for specifics)
- Social distancing practiced at all times
- Implementation of all CDC suggestions and guidelines
Through these efforts, we intend to continue the legacy of excellent pool maintenance service that we’re known for, while also protecting the health and well-being of our customers and team members.
